Experienced Legal Intake Specialist

$48,000 + bonus potentialResponsibilities:

Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base

Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload

Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood

Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly

Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files

Responsible for direct screening and onboarding of new clients and meeting new client experience expectations.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired

Previous legal experience highly valued

Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills

Sales or customer service experience highly valued

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must

Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired About Company
