Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process for culinary and hotel operations staff aboard cruise ships. With a strong hotel background, this role focuses on sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding skilled chefs and hospitality professionals for cruise line deployment, ensuring timely placements and compliance with maritime standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment of chefs, kitchen, and hotel crew for cruise operations
Schedule interviews, trade tests, and background verifications
Liaise with culinary institutions and recruitment partners globally
Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring records
Assist with documentation for onboarding, medicals, visas, and compliance
Ensure timely joining and deployment schedules in line with cruise line itineraries
Qualifications:
Background in hotel HR or recruitment (2+ years), preferably with Hotel hiring experience
Familiarity with cruise or maritime hiring procedures is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills.
