Job Title: Senior React Native Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications that are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.

Implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that align with design specifications to provide an excellent user experience across different devices.

Build modern, smooth animations and transitions to enhance the app’s interaction flow and visual appeal.

Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as required to add functionality and enhance app performance.

Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data integration and consistency of UI elements throughout the development process.

Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and improve code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensuring best practices in development.

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development and share innovative ideas to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Mentor junior developers and assist in the team’s growth by sharing knowledge and reviewing code.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of professional React Native development experience.

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), including mobile app architecture and design patterns.

Strong understanding of React Native frameworks such as Redux, Context API, and React Navigation.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries or services.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with a focus on creating pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

Expertise in debugging, performance profiling, and optimizing React Native applications for smooth user experiences.

Version control experience using Git and familiarity with Git workflows.

Proven ability to work on both iOS and Android platforms, with an understanding of the app store deployment process.

Ability to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in the development process.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with native Android/iOS development (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with DevOps practices .

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, etc.).

Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Familiarity with UI testing and integration testing practices.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and mobile development practices.

Proven ability to lead and mentor other developers to achieve high-quality deliverables.
