Job Title: PV Analytics & Reporting Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Location: Lawrenceville, NJ (Hybrid – Onsite 50%)

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Must be onsite either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 8am–5pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a PV Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join a leading biopharmaceutical organization. This role will support the Global Biostatistics & Data Sciences team by delivering high-impact data reporting and analytics solutions that enable effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in reporting tools and data analysis, and is confident demonstrating their skills in a live interview setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop reports using SAP Business Objects (SAP BO)

Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI

Analyze datasets using SQL or Oracle to extract insights and support business decisions

Maintain reporting databases and streamline data collection processes

Collaborate with validation and functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

Provide insights into operational performance and metrics to leadership teams

Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc analytics reports

Required Skills:

Advanced experience in SAP Business Objects (report creation, filters, possibly universe design)

Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI (dashboard development, performance optimization)

Proficiency in SQL/Oracle for data querying and transformation

Ability to work with complex data, spot trends, and make recommendations

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Preferred:

Experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with MedDRA, WHO Drug, or healthcare ontologies is helpful

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 50% in Lawrenceville, NJ (Tues, Wed, or Thurs)
