qce, quality control, and compliance efforts across the entire product lifecycle—from design and prototyping through production, final inspection, and post-delivery support. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in electronics manufacturing, a strong foundation in ISO and IPC standards, and the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Quality Leadership

Develop and lead the overall quality vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization, aligned with business objectives.

Serve as the executive point of contact for all internal and external quality matters—including customer audits, supplier assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Champion a proactive, quality-first culture across all departments and levels of the organization.

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Maintain and improve the company's QMS in alignment with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (if applicable), IPC-A-610, and customer-specific requirements.

Oversee regular internal and external audits; ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure documentation, traceability, and training systems meet quality and compliance needs.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

Monitor, measure, and improve key quality metrics including first-pass yield, customer return rate, scrap/rework rates, and defect trends.

Drive root cause analysis, problem-solving initiatives, and quality improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.

Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH, and other applicable regulatory or environmental directives.

Customer & Supplier Quality

Serve as the primary escalation point for customer quality issues and complaints, managing communication, resolution, and formal corrective action processes.

Support customer audits, product qualifications, and contract compliance.

Lead supplier quality initiatives, including audits, scorecards, incoming inspection programs, and strategic supplier development.

Team Development & Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary quality team, including Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Compliance Specialists, and Technicians.

Define clear goals and performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and support ongoing training and certification programs.

Foster collaboration between quality, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to support overall company performance.

Technology & Tools

Oversee implementation and use of quality-related tools and systems (e.g., QMS software, SPC, inspection systems, ERP integration).

Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing, with 5+ years in a senior quality leadership role.

Deep knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes specific to electronics.

Demonstrated expertise in industry standards such as ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, ISO 13485 (if applicable), AS9100 (if aerospace), or IATF 16949 (if automotive).

Proven experience leading audits, managing CAPA programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
