This is a 6+ month contract and hybrid to Simi valley, CA
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Analyze and evaluate job roles to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and incentive structures.
Develop and maintain compensation models, including pay structures, bonus plans, and equity programs.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation trends, analysis, and recommendations.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
Assist in the design and communication of total rewards programs to employees.
Provide data-driven insights to optimize reward programs and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, or a related HR function.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies.
Pay:30-40/hr
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and compensation tools (e.g., PayScale, Mercer, Radford).
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Familiarity with benefits administration and regulatory compliance (e.g., ERISA, ACA).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
