We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance, support, and guidance to end users across hardware, software, and systems.
Provide first-level (Level 1) technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Assist end users in person, over the phone, and through remote support tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related problems, including hardware malfunctions and software issues.
Determine root cause of issues and escalate to higher-level support when needed.
Guide users through diagnostic procedures and technical solutions.
