About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of sales operations, marketing strategy, and team leadership across both internal and external sales channels. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct oversight of regional sales, marketing, and customer service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and execute national sales strategy aligned with revenue growth and margin targets.

Lead and mentor sales and marketing leadership, including Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Inside Sales teams.

Oversee pricing structures, customer service functions, and order management to ensure optimal client experience.

Identify new markets and develop strategic growth initiatives in both established and emerging segments.

Build long-term partnerships with key customers and nurture major accounts personally.

Lead the implementation of KPIs, reporting tools, and ongoing pipeline management.

Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to align go-to-market and support operations.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, team development, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in senior sales leadership (Director-level or above), ideally within a manufacturing, infrastructure, or building products environment.

Strategic Acumen: Proven experience setting national sales goals and expanding market presence through channel strategies, direct sales, and customer partnerships.

Team Management: Strong track record in mentoring teams and creating scalable, structured sales and marketing processes.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and business operations to improve decision-making and outcomes.

Customer-Centric: Comfortable engaging with customers across multiple touchpoints, including in-person visits, executive meetings, and trade events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with inside sales operations, pricing frameworks, and CRM systems.

Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual platforms.

Experience with B2B distribution channels or value-engineered commercial products is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

Senior leadership position with full strategic ownership of national sales and marketing direction.

Collaborative environment within a U.S.-based, well-respected manufacturing organization.

Competitive compensation package including salary, bonus potential, and benefits.
