Senior FPGA Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the aerospace or related industry

Intermediate MS Office experience

Experience with hardware design and development of embedded microprocessor systems experience

Experience with FPGA integration into digital circuit card designs to ensure electrical integrity in embedded applications

Working knowledge of digital and analog RF design principles and practices strongly preferred

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a senior FPGA engineer in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This person will be a highly experienced FPGA Engineer with a strong background in hardware design for aerospace, avionics, space, ground vehicle, and weapon controls. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated technical leadership skills, both as a member of integrated product teams and as an individual contributor. Analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, the candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $150-200k
