Job Description:

Seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in APQP, PPAP, cost management. The role focuses on ensuring part readiness, supplier quality, and cost-effective product development across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Manage APQP, PPAP, and cost activities from concept to launch

Collaborate with Engineering, Buyers, and SDEs using Teamcenter

Escalate supplier quality issues and ensure containment

Lead VAVE efforts via cost modeling and DFM

Apply quality feedback and lessons learned across suppliers

Review engineering drawings and support should cost analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain Engineering

2+ years in quality/manufacturing (pharma or regulated industries preferred)

Proficient in Teamcenter, Creo/CAD, Excel, and Six Sigma tools

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Nice to have skills:

APQP, PPAP, DFM, Teamcenter, Creo, Cost Analysis, Supplier Quality, Should Cost, Six Sigma, Manufacturing, Quality Engineer
