1 year of experience with IT help desk or desktop support preferred
Good understanding of computer systems, printers and peripherals, networking, mobile devices, and related
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Fluent in English and another language such as Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
BSc/BA in IT, or Computer Science highly preferred US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
