Highway Project Manager

This firm is looking for a Senior Highway Project Manager to join any of their teams across Upstate, New York.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage highway projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Oversee planning, design, and construction phases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.

Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Maintain accurate project documentation.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

10-15 years of roadway project management experience.

Knowledge of NY highway design standards and regulations.

Strong project management skills and proficiency in relevant software.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
