Supply Chain Planner

Now Hiring: Supply Chain Planner (Contract)

Location: Princeton, NJ or Schenectady, NY (Hybrid – Tues/Wed in office)

Pay Rate: $30–$43/hr

Duration: 6-month contract with potential extensions

Hours: 1st Shift 8:30am – 4:30pm (40 hrs/week)

Education: High School Diploma required

Interview: Teams call or in-person (if local)

We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to support operations at our Schenectady facility and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of planning/supply chain experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong working knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage raw material and finished goods planning

Create and maintain process/work orders with accurate promise dates

Collaborate with procurement, production, and cross-functional teams

Track supply vs. demand gaps and risks to customer delivery timelines

Ensure inventory targets and production schedules are met
