Sr. Plant Controller

We are looking for a Senior Plant Controller to work for our Kentucky client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial accounting systems to ensure accurate recording and reporting of plant financial data

Monitor plant expenditures and analyze variances to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard plant assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement

Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into plant performance

Collaborate with management to analyze financial trends and forecast future financial performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Sound understanding of plant operations

Ability to team with a variety of people to achieve business objectives

Ability to be an effective driver of issues throughout the operation

Thrives in a high-paced, dynamic environment
