Title: Welding Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $100k - $120k

Type: Direct hire, full-time

Schedule: 4x10 (Mon - Thurs)

*Relocation package and temporary housing offered

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach welders and shipfitters in daily production activities

Monitor and manage welding performance, ensuring jobs are on-budget and on-time

Use JT2GO and SAP 3D Viewer to reference job specific requirements

Perform fit checks and weld inspections, as required

Qualifications

Five (5) + years of welding supervisory experience required

Instruct and evaluate welder/fitter performance to meet and exceed customer expectations

Ability to fabricate and layout according to welding certification standards

MUST have knowledge of NAVSEA

Read and interpret blueprints and full understanding of GD&T
