Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Proposal Pricing Analyst position. This position is a direct hire opportunity which is expected to be onsite in Middletown, CT 06457.

This position is not C2C eligible.

Candidates should be local to CT preferably, as this is an onsite role; 5 days a week.

Start and end times are flexible, with an 8 to 4:30 schedule, or 7:30 or 8:30 AM start.

Summary

Our client is seeking a candidate with a very strong background in MS Excel Application and is proficient to generate and relate to large complex Proposals. Candidates must be highly skillful in working with numbers and pay full attention to details and accuracy of estimates generated.

Education/Experience:

Qualified candidates should have background in US Government costing and pricing, preferably having a four years degree in the area of Accounting, Finance, Program Management and/or Business Administration.

Candidates should be knowledgeable with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations) requirements.

Familiarity with MS Office applications - must be highly proficient in MS Excel.

Familiarity with ProPricer Application

Familiarity Western Data System (WDS), Integrated Information Systems (IIS4) is not a requirement, but nice to have.

B.S. degree in business or related discipline and 5 to 7 years' experience in Aerospace and/or equivalent industries. Knowledge of costing and pricing estimating techniques; understanding of engineering, manufacturing and related operations; working knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems.
