We’re looking for a Consulting Services Delivery Manager who can lead teams, manage consulting engagements like a pro, and support our corporate consulting operations. You’ll help ensure our consulting teams are supported, our financials are healthy, our people are thriving, and our services are delivered with exceptional outcomes. You’ll also be a strategic partner in keeping our internal delivery engine running—think resourcing, pricing, and ensuring the right people are on the right projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Running multiple consulting engagements (yes, at the same time – we know you’ve got this)
Supporting consulting service operations, including resource planning and utilization
Calculating project-level resource pricing and helping structure budgets
Tracking performance—financial, resourcing, delivery—you’re on it
Managing service delivery, keeping everyone aligned and informed
Mentoring and guiding consulting teams—you're a coach, not just a manager
Making sure we hit deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed expectations

Continuously looking for ways to improve how we deliver, operate, and support our clients
Client Service Delivery
Oversee the successful service delivery of consulting projects
Ensure service delivery satisfaction and outcomes align with expectations
Partner with clients to define service delivery and project goals with broader business needs
Lead issue resolution, identify risks, and escalate as needed
Monitor the profitability and cost efficiency of client engagements
Team & People Management
Lead and develop high-performing service delivery, technical, and functional teams
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
Resource & Capacity Management
Oversee capacity planning and ensure resource availability across projects
Manage internal resources, including people and technology
Evaluate consulting team data using tools like Salesforce and Resource Hero
Recommend infrastructure or process improvements based on analysis
Operational Efficiency
Design and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and delivery models
Optimize operations through the smarter use of technology and better systems
Build adaptable plans and processes that can flex in complex environments
Consulting Account Management
Manage client and account-level service delivery
Screen and select qualified technical talent for project roles
Calculate and manage resource pricing and project budgets
What Makes You a Great Fit
10–15+ years in IT consulting, including 5+ years leading technical delivery teams
A strong background in managing people, delivery operations, and client relationships
You know your way around team planning, budgets, and tracking performance
You’re confident using tools like AI, Salesforce, Resource Hero, and Excel to manage information and plan ahead
You’re a clear communicator who works well with all kinds of people
You’re calm in the chaos and comfortable working with limited or changing information
Experience working with public sector, education, or finance clients
A knack for translating big-picture goals into day-to-day execution
A degree (Bachelor’s required, bonus points for an MBA or similar)
