About The Role
We’re looking for a CFM56 Technician who will play a key role in ensuring the safety and optimal performance of CFM56 engines. You’ll be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to meet industry standards and customer expectations, all while working in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work scope for precise engine repairs
Assemble and disassemble CFM56 engines and modules with high accuracy
Maintain and repair engine parts and modules according to manufacturer specifications
Keep work areas and equipment clean and well-maintained
Accurately document all work performed in maintenance records
Qualifications
Powerplant license preferred, but not required
Experience with Quantum software is a plus
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Must own basic aircraft maintenance tools
2-5 years of experience
Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, and capable of taking direction
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
Willingness to travel (domestic and international) as needed
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
2nd Shift: 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and working overhead
Capable of sitting and/or standing for extended periods
