About the Role - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to manage the procurement of materials, components, and services essential for our production operations for KD Nutra located in Miami, Florida. This role is key to ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality raw materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted flow of raw materials, components, and services.

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production demands.

Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization efforts.

Support internal teams in addressing purchasing- or quality-related concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain roles.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
