WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a Filmmaker / Editor who’s got the eye, the gear, and the hustle. Someone who lives and breathes content creation, knows how to make a camera sing, and can whip up scroll-stopping visuals that clients can’t wait to post.

You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to concept, shoot, and edit content—from short-form social reels to cinematic mini-docs. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, love storytelling through visuals, and thrive in the fast-paced world of digital content—read on.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot, edit, and deliver a variety of projects including lifestyle content, reels, walkthroughs, interviews, and branded campaigns

Concept content ideas and work closely with creative leads and clients to bring visions to life

Create high-volume, platform-optimized content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Collaborate with the team on tight turnarounds and quick edits for trending moments

Accept feedback with professionalism and adapt in real-time to client needs and creative direction

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (bonus if you know Lightroom, Final Cut, or Davinci Resolve)

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and color grading

FAA Part 107 Certified drone operator

Ability to edit LOG footage, color grade, and match styles across client projects

Gear-savvy and detail-oriented about drone work, lighting setups, and camera settings

Killer sense of visual storytelling and social media trends

MINIMUM GEAR REQUIRED

Full Frame Camera (4K 60fps capable)

Gimbal (DJI RS3 / RS2)

Lenses (Wide 16–35mm + Normal 24–70mm fixed aperture)

Wireless Lav Mic System (Rode Wireless GO 2 or DJI Mic)

On-Camera Shotgun Mic

Drone (Mavic 3 / Air 2S or newer with ND filters)

YOU SHOULD BE SOMEONE WHO...

Can shoot with both speed and precision

Is just as comfortable behind a drone controller as you are behind a camera

Understands and executes gimbal movements: push/pull, pan, orbit, tracking, etc.

Thrives in feedback loops and turns constructive critique into elevated content

Brings a “figure-it-out” attitude and keeps the energy high, even when the schedule gets wild

Knows how to film beautiful spaces, sleek products, and high-energy moments

WORK SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

Full-time (40+ hours/week)

Based in our Tampa, FL office

Must be open to travel, including weekends and out-of-state shoots

This role is not remote—you’ll be hands-on, in the field, and in the edit bay regularly
