We’re seeking three experienced professionals to support advanced healthcare projects. HCAI experience is required for each role.

Healthcare Job Captain

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Lead the production of construction documents for healthcare facilities

Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with HCAI and CDPH guidelines

Oversee QA/QC processes, maintain drawing standards, and mentor junior staff

Collaborate on site visits, field verifications, and RFI responses

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of experience as a Job Captain or senior Designer on healthcare projects

Proven track record with HCAI plan submissions and approvals

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Project Architect

What You’ll Do:

Drive schematic design through construction administration for hospitals, clinics, and labs

Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating HCAI standards

Lead interdisciplinary design charrettes and stakeholder workshops

Mentor design staff and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget targets

What You’ll Bring:

8+ years of architectural experience, including 2+ as Project Architect on healthcare work

Direct experience preparing HCAI submittals and navigating regulatory reviews

Registered Architect (RA) or NCARB record a plus

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships from kickoff through close-out

Oversee compliance with HCAI codes, Joint Commission requirements, and seismic regulations

Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver on scope and quality

Implement risk management strategies and streamline project workflows

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

Demonstrated success with HCAI submissions, plan check responses, and facility licensure

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
