Data Privacy Specialist

We’re working with a leading global organization that’s expanding their data protection initiatives and looking to bring on a Analyst – Data Privacy & Protection to support enterprise-level compliance efforts across IT and business teams.

In this role, you’ll work on privacy assessments, policy implementation, data mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure best-in-class protection of sensitive data. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of strategy, compliance, and hands-on privacy operations within a fast-paced, global tech environment.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with data governance and compliance teams to support privacy initiatives.

Perform privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and support policy development.

Help drive risk assessments, regulatory compliance efforts, and audit support.

Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and support ongoing data protection processes.

Stay informed on evolving privacy regulations and recommend best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years in data privacy, data protection, or related cybersecurity functions.

Strong knowledge of global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like OneTrust, BigID, or Securiti.ai is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, etc.) highly desirable.
