Software Engineer in Test

Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Contract: 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid – Must be in one of the following hubs (Cincinnati preferred): Cincinnati, Boca Raton, Chicago, San Jose, Charlotte, Portland: Candidate must relocate to Cincinnati upon conversion

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder only (No sponsorship)

Initial Process:

Video prescreen (5 questions + short game – 30 mins)

Technical phone screen (15–20 mins)

Required Skills: 5 years experience

Automated testing (frontend, API, data)

Test plan development & test data management

Cloud testing (AWS, Azure)

Agile methodologies

Programming (e.g., Java, Python)

Selenium

Preferred Skills:

Docker, Kubernetes

CI tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

DevOps exposure

MAWM experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automated test frameworks

Create and execute test plans and scripts

Collaborate with dev, QA, and product teams

Report and track defects; ensure timely fixes

Support test environment setup and data needs
