Engineering Manager - AI Start Up - - Equity - Palo Alto

Have you always wanted to work for a successful growing start up?

You will be leading a small high-preforming team of 5-7 engineers across frontend, backend and systems engineering. You will directly oversee one of the company’s AI agent teams – including teams focused on scale, fraud detection, IDE Agents, and other critical areas that tie directly to product vision.

They've raised over $250M (Series B) from top-tier VCs who have also backed NVIDIA, Snowflake, and Pure Storage, and continue to push the frontier of AI-enhanced software development. Their leadership team is one of the strongest among all the AI startups coming from companies including Pure Storage, Google, FlashBlade, and Sutter Hill Ventures.

You will be a key member of the organization as the Engineering Manager guiding a team through a period of rapid growth. You will be leading a high performing team in a fast paced environment.
