What You’ll Do

Design, configure, and maintain networks that support internet, voice, and VLAN products.

Provision and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, traffic shapers, firewalls).

Optimize QoS and traffic management via monitoring systems.

Collaborate with telecom and cross-functional teams on new solutions.

Act as escalation support for complex network issues.

Keep our documentation and knowledge base current and accessible.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and certifications.

Assist with vendor management and SLA oversight.

Be part of an on-call rotation for outages and maintenance.

Tech You'll Work With

We work with a broad mix of technology, and you’ll need to be fluent in areas like:

Routing protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, GRE

Cisco routing & switching (ISP-grade level knowledge)

Firewalls (PIX), VPN concentrators, SNMP, RADIUS

Microwave transport, DSL, cable modem systems, VSAT

SONET, UNIX/Linux environments, and more

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of networking experience (ISP/telecom preferred) or a degree in IT.

Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCDA) are a big plus.

Hands-on experience with network architecture and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Someone who thrives on solving problems and collaborating with teams.

Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX area.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship).
