Senior Oracle Finance/Technology ERP Guru

Contract to Hire Role

Location: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC- Hybrid Role- 4 Days Onsite

Need a Senior Oracle ERP Candidate with heavy Financial and Implementation experience NOT A TECHNICAL RESOURCE.

• 10 or more years of progressive experience in the financial systems and/or IT function developing strategies, managing major initiatives and delivering results within a complex matrix environment required.

• 6 or more years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams required.

• Strong technical background of web-based application architecture, system and database architecture, security application integration and object-oriented languages in a large enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage across business and technology disciplines in a matrixed organization.

• Expert knowledge and hands on experience with financial and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
