We seek an experienced and dynamic Service Manager/Branch Manager to lead and grow our Chino operations.

Position Summary:

The Service Manager/Branch Manager oversees all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, efficient operational practices, and profitable growth. This role involves team leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.

• Lead, mentor, and manage service personnel, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments to optimize resources and meet customer needs.

• Manage customer relations, resolve issues effectively, and cultivate long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor branch financial performance, budget adherence, and implement strategies for achieving financial objectives.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to execute strategic initiatives, business growth, and improvement projects.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate employee training and development programs.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, procurement, and asset maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within Refrigeration.

• Proven track record in operations management, customer service excellence, and team leadership.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational management software.

• Ability to manage financial budgets and analyze operational metrics effectively.

• High level of integrity, dependability, and professional conduct.
