The Senior Investment Accountant oversees the accounting related to all gifts received by the school.

Essential functions:

Track, reconcile and record all gifts, including annual giving, special gifts, capital gifts and endowment gifts

Collaborate with the Office of Philanthropy to record gifts in Raisers Edge, coordinate monthly meetings between the Business Office and Office of Philanthropy

Track and monitor all pledges receivable

Record and reconcile all planned gifts

Track and record all endowment activities

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred

4+ years of related experience

Strong communication skills
