We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Quantitative Analyst & Compensation Specialist to support our compensation strategy and ensure a balanced, competitive, and performance-aligned pay structure. This role will be key in analyzing job roles, reviewing market data, and partnering with leadership to guide compensation decisions that align with our company’s financial goals and people strategy.

The Exciting Things You Will Do:

Analyze roles and responsibilities to understand the scope of work across the organization.

Review and assess compensation data to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

Support the management of salary structures that balance employee motivation and business performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and influence decision-making.

Work on large datasets, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Create presentations to communicate key findings and proposals to senior management.

Partner directly with the Senior VP of HR to shape and execute our compensation strategy aligned with a pay-for-performance culture.

Key Skills:

Advanced Excel skills (large datasets)

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Comfort working with compensation spreadsheets and salary data

Business presentation skills (PowerPoint, executive reporting)

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Collaboration across departments and with senior leadership

Basic understanding or willingness to learn compensation surveys

Financial or business analysis background is a plus, no prior HR experience required
