With over $2M in seed funding from top investors, paying customers, and real revenue, they have strong traction and a solid runway. Their mission is ambitious: to transform the complex world of accounting and regulatory compliance for enterprises and audit firms using sophisticated AI. You'll join a small, highly collaborative team focused on innovation and execution.

About You: The Builder Profile

We're looking for an exceptional, product-driven engineer with a proven track record of building complex, high-impact systems from scratch. You thrive in ambiguity, operate with intense ownership and urgency, and possess a strong "builder" mentality. You have high standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and likely 5+ years of experience – but demonstrated capability and impact matter more than tenure.

Key requirements include:

Deep expertise across the stack: building scalable Python backends/APIs AND modern, performant React/Next.js frontends.

Demonstrated success architecting and shipping complex features or systems end-to-end – true 0-to-1 experience is highly valued.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments, driving results with autonomy and a high sense of ownership.

Strong signals of technical excellence, product intuition, and quantifiable impact. Familiarity with AWS/GCP and AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) is a significant plus.
