Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Associate located in New York, NY. The Benefits Associate will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and COBRA administration. Day-to-day tasks include assisting employees with benefits inquiries, conducting benefits orientations, maintaining benefits records, and providing exceptional customer service. The associate will also perform regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of benefits data.
Qualifications
Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits experience
Knowledge of COBRA regulations and procedures
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret benefits data and trends
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a must
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
