Location: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Frisco, or surrounding areas in Texas
Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas
Willingness to travel locally for site visits, client meetings, and contractor coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently
Responsibilities:
Prepare technical reports and perform design analyses for pipeline routing and related infrastructure
Conduct field investigations, data collection, and site assessments
Coordinate with utilities and assist in erosion control and tree protection planning
Develop engineering cost estimates, calculations, and specifications
Draft and review construction documents, and support bidding and contractor selection
Provide engineering oversight during construction
Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across disciplines
