Seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in South Seattle. This role involves recruiting front-line skillsets such as drivers, supporting a full-time person, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, be comfortable with administrative duties, and preferably be fluent in Spanish to work effectively within our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Line Recruiting: Actively recruit drivers and other front-line skillsets to meet the target of 60 drivers by August.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Background Checks and Monitoring: Conduct background checks and monitor compliance.
Technical Skills: Utilize Teleo Business Addition, People Trail (First Advantage), and Docusign for recruitment processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with mechanics and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, particularly for front-line positions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
