Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in developing and enhancing applications within the SymphonyAI NetReveal platform, proficiency in Informatica/ETL, and strong experience with Oracle Databases. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our financial crime detection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications for the SymphonyAI NetReveal platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Develop ETL processes using Informatica to ensure seamless data integration and transformation.

Optimize and enhance existing applications and data workflows to improve performance and scalability.

Work with Oracle Databases to design and implement efficient database solutions, including data modeling and query optimization.

Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Java development, NetReveal, and data integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of software development experience, with a focus on Java and related technologies.

Proven experience with SymphonyAI NetReveal and a strong understanding of its functionalities.

Extensive experience with Informatica for data integration and ETL processes.

Proficiency in Oracle Databases, including PL/SQL and database design.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile, SCRUM).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Fircosoft / Finastra risk solutions platform.

Experience with cloud technologies and architectures.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

**The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000**
