Position Summary: The IT Technical Support Specialist provides on-site technical help at the San Diego office. You'll be the main contact for hardware, software, and network support, ensuring smooth IT operations. You'll work with employees, IT teams, and vendors to fix issues, update systems, and maintain IT infrastructure. This role needs problem-solving skills, great customer service, and teamwork.
Service Operations:
Provide tier II support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and hardware.
Be the main on-site IT support for high-priority issues.
Keep an inventory of IT assets and coordinate with the IT Asset management team.
Cyber Security:
Support cybersecurity policies, including training, password management, MFA, and endpoint security.
Ensure compliance with IT standards and assist with security audits.
Business Systems & Support:
Understand the business systems used by the San Diego team.
Provide Tier 1 support for business system issues and route them to the correct support group.
Follow company policies and codes of conduct.
Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business practices.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 11, Windows 10, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware software.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay - $60,000-$64,000
