A growing distribution operation is expanding in Ohio and hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of its world-class buildings—inside and out.

What You’ll Do

Perform general facility repairs and minor painting, carpentry, and building projects

Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, HVAC, and generator systems

Inspect and maintain fire protection systems

Repair and install plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities

Maintain doors, locks, and hardware

Set up or reconfigure office furniture and workstations

Salary: $30– $42/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent

3–5 years of maintenance experience (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry)

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines

Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs

Valid driver’s license
