Creative Managing Director

PROMINENT HOME STAGING COMPANY NOW HIRING UPPER MANAGEMENT POSITION.

San Francisco’s leading and most established home staging company seeking an experienced CREATIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR to lead the design team, provide creative direction and manage/develop client relationships. Full Time, $75,000-$80,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Creative Managing Director, your responsibilities will be the following:

- as the face of our San Francisco branch, you will be required to attend all sales meetings for potential jobs with both new and existing clients

- work directly with our remote Operations Manager & SF Team Lead to manage daily operations of our SF branch

- attend all in-person client meetings and provide walk-through notes to put together proposals

- work with our remote Operations Manager to coordinate scheduling of both installations and removals

- source and purchase all inventory as needed for upcoming staging installations

- curate and maintain high-end inventory

- work with our design team daily on staging installations and assist onsite as needed

- be available as a resource to our SF Team as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 years of experience in a similar role/field

- sophisticated understanding of interior design & inventory sourcing

- sales experience in a similar or comparable role

- managerial experience running a team

- ideally, candidate would have a degree in interior design or related field
