Job Overview
The Customer Integration Specialist I works under the general direction of a team lead and collaborates with divisional and regional management to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability. This role is critical in maintaining customer information systems and supporting onboarding processes to enhance customer profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Validate and gather data for New Account Packets.
Perform customer account loads in Star/SAP based on intake documentation.
Collaborate with customers or sales representatives to strategize and implement retail pricing and item blocking.
Develop and deliver customer-specific pricing reports.
Troubleshoot Risk Evaluation Management System (REMS) program setups for regulated products (e.g., Isotretinoin, Clozaril, Fentanyl).
Troubleshoot item qualifier programs based on criteria and eligibility.
Manage and verify customer licensing compliance (DEA, state boards, controlled substances, medical devices).
Ensure CSRA Due Diligence compliance for customer setups.
Utilize pricing tools and options to optimize gross profit (e.g., COGS, program codes, charge groups).
Define and load regional customer setup including business types, ownership structures, and parent/child relationships.
Support contract department with accurate contract and pricing setup.
Implement audit processes for customer profile data integrity.
Maintain and troubleshoot customer data across systems to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate new product launches and pricing with supply chain teams.
Investigate and resolve customer account issues.
Provide assistance to regional associates and internal stakeholders.
Manage and document all aspects of the customer profile including contracts, pricing, routing, and program compliance.
Ensure proper authorization and compliance for regional maintenance requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with SAP Customer Master Data
Knowledge of Salesforce and medical onboarding processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Understanding of licensing requirements (DEA, state regulations)
Familiarity with contracts, GPO affiliations, and substitution programs
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
