Job Summary:

Airswift is seeking a qualified IT Analyst – HSE Systems Support to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a technical liaison between Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and IT departments, providing expert support in the development and implementation of data analytics, reporting tools, and information systems that align with HSE goals. This role plays a key part in enhancing data visibility, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Collaboration

Collaborate with HSE and IT teams to identify and prioritize technical projects that support HSE goals

Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, ensuring timely completion and fulfillment of user requirements

IT System Development & Compliance

Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of IT systems, including data analytics and reporting tools

Ensure IT solutions comply with HSE regulations and standards, supporting risk management initiatives

Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify and implement improvements

Documentation & Training

Develop and maintain system documentation including user guides, technical specifications, and SOPs

Provide training and support to HSE team members on IT tools and systems

Data Analytics & Reporting

Support the development and implementation of HSE data analytics tools such as Power BI

Stay current with industry trends to improve technical capabilities and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT systems support, data analytics, or a related technical field

Strong understanding of HSE principles and risk management strategies

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

Familiarity with information management systems and compliance reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices in IT and HSE integration
