Location: Miami, FL

Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience)

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in building long-term relationships and delivering value-driven solutions? We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive (Spanish/English) to join our team in Miami. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners

Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and change-order requests

Estimate project needs including materials, engineering, software development, start-up, and subcontractor labor

Provide input on design/build solutions and value engineering

Oversee account management and ensure high customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams including engineers, programmers, project managers, and field technicians

Read and interpret mechanical and electrical design drawings and specifications

Interface with other construction trades on-site

Conduct site visits and equipment inspections (rooftops, mezzanines, above ceilings)

Travel by automobile (required) and airplane (occasional)

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or construction-related industry

Strong ability to identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build lasting client relationships through trust and solution-based selling

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
