Location:Phoenix, AZ (on-site)
Salary:$170,000 - $200,000 base, DOE + bonus + equity.
Total compensation $250K-$300K all-in, DOE.

What Youll Do:
Drive process improvements, from streamlining workflows to implementing new financial systems, with a focus on efficiency and data integration (e.g., reducing manual processes for loan systems and capital allocation).
Oversee treasury, liquidity, and investment allocation, ensuring alignment with the firms strategic policies.
Strengthen SOX compliance and internal controls for a public company, collaborating with the CFO on board and audit committee materials.
Partner with cross-functional teamsfinance, legal, portfolio managers, and business originatorsto support deal funding and business growth.
Mentor a growing finance team (with ~2 direct reports initially) while staying hands-on to build scalable processes.
Who You Are:
~10 years of experience, ideally within private credit & a public accounting audit foundation.
CPA not required but a plus.
Strategic thinker whos polished yet willing to dive into the weeds, with a knack for building processes and driving efficiencies.
Comfortable in a collaborative, results-driven culture that values integrity, humility, and transparency.
Financial services background preferred, with an understanding of treasury, capital allocation, and SOX compliance.
