We are seeking a strategic, mission-aligned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, long-term planning, and operational effectiveness across both organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, a proven track record of scaling businesses, and a heart aligned with faith-based values.Compensation:

$105,000 - $120,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.

Provide strategic counsel to ownership and leadership on business decisions, investments, and risk management.

Oversee accounting functions and ensure accurate, timely financial data across both entities.

Support fundraising, lending, and capital allocation decisions.

Implement systems and processes that bring clarity, accountability, and stewardship.

Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and ensure alignment with long-term goals.

Lead with integrity, humility, and a servant-leader mindset that reflects our core values.Qualifications:

Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader in a growing company (multi-entity experience a plus).

Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and accounting principles.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.

Alignment with Christian values and a desire to steward resources for Kingdom impact.

CPA or MBA preferred, but not required.About Company
