Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a Senior FP&A Analyst, Risk, and Insurance job for our client in Newington, NH. This role focuses on financial risk management, forecasting, and strategic planning, supporting broader FP&A activities and administering the company's insurance portfolio.

Senior FP&A Analyst, Risk, and Insurance Job Responsibilities:

Administer insurance programs, including marine, casualty, property, and workers' compensation.

Manage insurance renewals, review policies, assess coverage, and negotiate terms.

Oversee claims management, report claims, and coordinate with underwriters and brokers.

Support contract reviews, ensure vendor and customer insurance compliance, and manage certificates.

Lead budgeting and forecasting for insurance-related costs.

Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiencies.

Develop financial models to support business planning.

Analyze insurance performance, identify trends, and provide insights.

Manage insurance payments and ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred).

10+ years of experience in accounting and financial planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with Oracle, BI tools, and ERP systems.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
