SCPFO Service Center Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the utility industry, is seeking a SCPFO Service Center Rep to join their team. As a SCPFO Service Center Rep, you will be part of the operational procurement team supporting various business partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build credibility, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SCPFO Service Center Rep

Location: Onsite 5 days per week, Columbus, OH

What's the Job?

Execute basic and medium-complexity operational procurement transactions to ensure business partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Source requisitions and issue purchase orders, including blanket purchase orders, for internal customers according to company policies, processes, and procedures.

Update purchase orders based on change orders and other needs.

Maintain good relationships with business partners and suppliers through high-level customer service.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain center of excellence, Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events and projects.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience.

2 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Proficiency with procurement systems.

Good understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools.
