About the role:

We are looking for a Quality Lead for the Quality & Process Unit – Customer Quality & Control (BQC) at the Fuel Factory in Västerås, Sweden.

As a Quality Lead you will be the one of the fuel factory's authorities on quality management.

You will report to the Manager Customer Quality & Control and be located at Västerås, Sweden.

Model of work: hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation reviewing, implementing quality requirements

Leading and performing data analysis to identify areas of improvement that lead the factory to world-class quality

Training and supporting the organization and leading complex investigations and causal analyses at quality events in production

Preparation and compilation of manufacturing outcomes and management of quality issues

You may also be involved in support and management in other areas such as systematic quality work, problem solving and quality requirements.

Focus on work improvements, quality-related reviews, problem solving and causal investigations.

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Civil engineering with a focus on materials, chemistry, mechanical engineering, physics or equivalent knowledge acquired in working life.

7+ years of work experience from the manufacturing industry with high quality and safety requirements.

Very good Swedish and English skills, both orally and in writing.

Interest in quality issues in manufacturing and its processes and in developing both processes and your own professional role.

Having well-documented and clear processes for quality management and quality management is close to your heart.

You enjoy teamwork and have a good communicative ability.

You are orderly, structured and responsible.

You have the ability to sell ideas and solutions to the organization.
