What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance and monitor operational excellence.
Partner with engineers to learn and implement techniques for improving packaging equipment reliability and efficiency.
Propose and implement improvements in site process technology focusing on quality, cost, and capacity optimization.
Lead, support, and coach data analysis using appropriate Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools.
Conduct shared investigations with technical, compliance, and operations process team members.
Integrate Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and regulatory compliance into all project scopes, designs, and construction work.
Identify, analyze, prioritize, and execute business solutions, performing root cause analysis to eliminate repeat issues.
Support Quality and Safety investigations by coaching on Six Sigma methodologies and conducting safety inspections.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of Process Monitoring systems, including knowledge of PLC/computer systems
Ability to work effectively with site colleagues through the change process
Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities
Functional knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to organize data and plan for the future
Experience in fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture

Relevant pharmaceutical experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Working in manufacturing environment in support of CI projects.
Data Analysis (medium, heavy).
Extended periods of office work.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Off-Shift & Weekend work as required by the role/project.
Travel <10%.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
