Position Overview We are seeking an innovative AI Data Scientist to develop and implement both generative and agentic AI systems for complex data analysis workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both approaches and the ability to create powerful hybrid solutions that transform our approach to data analysis and precision medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement both generative AI models and agentic AI architectures for data analysis
Develop hybrid systems that leverage the strengths of both generative and agentic approaches
Create generative models for pattern recognition and content generation from complex datasets
Build autonomous agents capable of planning, executing, and refining multi-step analysis workflows
Implement workflow automation with feedback loops for continuous improvement
Design knowledge integration systems that can incorporate new findings from databases and literature
Create intuitive interfaces between AI systems and human experts
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to implement AI insights into practical applications
Requirements
MS or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI development frameworks
Proven expertise in both generative AI and agentic AI system design and implementation
Experience working with large language models and foundation models
Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
Background in developing multimodal AI solutions
Knowledge of graph neural networks and their applications
Experience with integrating various AI components into cohesive systems
Familiarity with database systems for storing and querying large datasets
Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of bioinformatics and experience working with biological data is a plus
Familiarity with transcriptomic data analysis would be advantageous but not required
