Lead Full Stack (.NET) Developer

Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are good problem solvers, have a solid full stack .NET skillset, are good communicators and mentor/lead a team. As part of the team you will design and build solutions to solve a range of business-critical problems. Responsibilities

Champion good software design, processes and clean code

Take part in architectural design, incorporating solid object oriented design principles and patterns

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to solve problems and document solutions

Design and implement applications, services and integrations

Mentor and lead a team of developers

Author APIs & API clients

Enhance and/or migrate existing applications and services

Promote continuous improvement of toolsets and practices

Conduct code reviews

Create and maintain automated builds and releases

Provide occasional off-hours support for releases

Adhere to policies and controls, and commit to the protection of company and customer information

Languages – C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML 5, SQL

Concepts – async programming, distributed systems, dependency inversion

Platforms – .NET Stack, Azure Devops, CRM Dynamics, SQL Server, Elastic Stack, Visual Studio, ReSharper

Solutions – services, web applications, REST APIs

Libraries – .NET Core, Entity Framework, Mediatr, Automapper, Polly, Bootstrap, MassTransit, Telerik

Dynamics 365 – plugins, actions, workflows, solutions, Power Apps, CDS

Proficiencies and Experience

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience leading/mentoring a team of developers.

BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred

3 -4 years experience as a programmer in a hardware/software environment similar to DHIFS

Strong software design and programming ability

Good planning, problem solving, analytical, people and communication skills required

CRM Dynamics, Ellie Mae Encompass, or Softpro experience is a plusCompany Description
