We are looking for a part-time (25-30+ hours per week) LPN (or RN) that will most likely become full time soon to join us by June 2025 (or earlier) in our fast-paced, innovative health clinic specializing in Men’s TRT, Women’s HRT, and performance medicine. We do not provide gender-affirming or transition care.
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated LPN with phlebotomy skills who can wear multiple hats and thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment. This role blends hands-on clinical care with administrative coordination — and your ability to switch gears with grace will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
Clinical & Lab Support
Perform phlebotomy and therapeutic phlebotomy
Prepare and send lab kits
Track inventory and order clinical supplies
Maintain a clean, compliant workspace
Send and follow up on lab orders with external labs
Pharmacy & Prescription Coordination
Submit and track prescription orders and refills through pharmacy portals
Confirm fulfillment and follow-up with partner pharmacies
Administrative & Scheduling Support
Schedule follow-up appointments after lab work
Adapt schedules based on provider direction and patient requests
Handle last-minute changes with composure and professionalism
Communicate with patients via text for reminders, updates, and instructions
Patient Communication & Service
Respond to patient phone calls, texts, and emails
Document calls and manage follow-ups in a call log
Support patients expressing concern or dissatisfaction with compassion and clarity
Provide basic information about therapies (we will train you thoroughly)
Billing & Account Management
Create invoices for therapy services
Monitor accounts, flag delinquencies, and send reminders
Manage patient records and account accuracy
Clinic Organization & Innovation
Support day-to-day operations and overall clinic flow
Help implement improved clinical and administrative systems
Adapt to new workflows as we grow — we welcome your input and initiative
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 1 year of experience (willing to talk if not)
Skilled in phlebotomy, including therapeutic phleb
Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative tasks
Communicates with empathy and professionalism — especially by text and email
Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking
Tech-savvy with EMR systems, pharmacy portals, spreadsheets
Proactive, dependable, and works well independently
Excited to learn about hormone and performance-based therapies
Available for occasional patient communication outside traditional hours

Compensation:
$36-45 per hour (based on experience) with monthly bonus opportunities that generally range from $250-$1000.
