Job Description

We’re not just hiring an LPN. We’re building a team of difference-makers.

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse who loves to take initiative, thrive in autonomy, and care deeply about patient wellness and high-performance medicine? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We are looking for a part-time (25-30+ hours per week) LPN (or RN) that will most likely become full time soon to join us by June 2025 (or earlier) in our fast-paced, innovative health clinic specializing in Men’s TRT, Women’s HRT, and performance medicine. We do not provide gender-affirming or transition care.

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated LPN with phlebotomy skills who can wear multiple hats and thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment. This role blends hands-on clinical care with administrative coordination — and your ability to switch gears with grace will be highly valued.

We are truly looking for A-game hires who are 100% dependable, goal-oriented (what have you done in your life?!), self-motivated, want to become vested in growth, and innovate on the go without compromise. We do not have time for anything less.

Military medical experience? We appreciate that.

We offer premium pay for top candidates and a flexible work environment designed to support professionals who go the extra mile.

Monitor accounts, flag delinquencies, and send reminders

Manage patient records and account accuracy

Clinic Organization & Innovation

Support day-to-day operations and overall clinic flow

Help implement improved clinical and administrative systems

Adapt to new workflows as we grow — we welcome your input and initiative

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 1 year of experience (willing to talk if not)

Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative tasks

Communicates with empathy and professionalism — especially by text and email

Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking

Tech-savvy with EMR systems, pharmacy portals, spreadsheets

Proactive, dependable, and works well independently

Excited to learn about hormone and performance-based therapies

Available for occasional patient communication outside traditional hours
