Job Summary

Western Ag Enterprises is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Remote Online Chat Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance regarding our agricultural products, orders, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide accurate product details, order status updates, and technical guidance.

Assist customers with navigating the website, placing orders, or resolving issues.

Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns quickly.

Meet response time, satisfaction, and chat handling performance metrics.

Uphold Western Ag’s commitment to excellent customer service in all communications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.

1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or remote role.

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using chat platforms, CRMs, and other digital tools.

Basic understanding of agricultural terminology or willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work remotely and independently.

Requirements

Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Computer or laptop with updated software and reliable performance.

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or peak seasons as needed.

Preferred Skills

Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, LiveChat, or Intercom.

Familiarity with agricultural equipment, materials, or industry practices.

Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., English/Spanish).
